Drug Uses

Levbid is a medicament to control excessive stomach acid production, excessive secretion from the pancreas, and excessive sweating and drooling, which may be caused with diseases like Parkinson's disease.

How Taken

Each dose is to be taken with full glass of water. Capsules shouldn't be crushed, chewed or opened, but swallowed whole. They are specially formulated to slowly release the medicament inside your body.

Warnings/Precautions

If you have numbness or tingling in your hands or feet, liver disease, ulcerative colitis, thyroid problems, high blood pressure, an irregular heartbeat, or any type of heart disease, enlargement of the prostate, asthma, chronic lung disease or allergies you need to inform your doctor before starting treatment with Levbid. If you are pregnant or breast feeding you should consult your doctor about it.

Missed Dose

Missed dose should be taken as soon as remembered, unless it's about time for next dose. If so next scheduled dose should be taken, and doses shouldn't be doubled to catch up.

Possible Side Effects

If you happen to experience an allergic reaction, irregular or fast heart rate, rash, flushing or eye pain you should stop using Levbid and speak with your doctor about it. Eventually you may experience less serious side effects, such as headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness, nervousness, blurred vision, large pupils, sensitivity of the eyes to bright light, nausea, bloating, heartburn, constipation, changes in taste. If you experience those or any other side effects not mentioned above you should speak with your doctor.

Storage

Levbid need to be stored at room temperature, in a dark and dry place, away from the reach of children.

Overdose

Levbid overdose symptoms include headache, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, difficulty swallowing, blurred vision, dilated pupils, hot, dry skin, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, anxiety, seizures, weak pulse and an irregular heartbeat. If suspecting overdose you should seek emergency medical attention.

More Information

As Levbid may cause dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision you should use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities, or completely avoid performing them.
